Urban Sites Property Management mission is a concentration on urban redevelopment in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine district. Active in Over-the-Rhine redevelopment since 1985, USPM is committed to assisting in a truly unique living experience in one of most urban cores within 500 miles. In the office is Greg Olson, COO and CFO and his team of Trevor Bryan, Tracy Robinson, Kris Sommer as Property Manager, Donald Mouch as the Condo Manager in addition to Dave Laumer  and Noah Soroka as the Maintenance Managers.

We specialize in spacious lofts, historic sites, cozy homes that are totally urban. We have storefronts, creative spaces and urban places.

We welcome any and all Hipsters, artists, YP’s, the creative types, the movers-and-shakers, the lovers and dreamers and people who are drawn to the city. Oh and we’ll also take the those who are a little curious.
